Centec Tower’s developer, Sao Phuong Nam Corp (SPN) with
the cooperation of People Committee of District 3, Fire Police & SAR
Team of Ho Chi Minh City, Districts and Ward had conducted a Fire Drill
on 22 April 2011 for our building.
The Fire Drill commenced from 2:00pm and ended at 2:35pm with the
participation of multiple professional statutory agencies, Management
team and enthusiasm building’s occupants.

On December 3rd, 2010 Sao
Phuong Nam joined the The 9th Pepsi Friendship Golf Tournament 2010,
held in Long Thanh golf course. This year, the tournament aimed to raise funds to purchase medical
equipment for the la Dom Communal Clinic in Gia Lai Province and to help
flood-hit victims in Central Vietnam.

On November 18th 2009, SPN organized the grand opening for Centec Tower project at 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was held at the 22nd floor of the building. Nearly 300 guests, journalist and reporters attended. Since January 2009, when Centec Tower started operation, up to now Centec Tower has got the occupancy rate of 80%.
